Discussed many options with me & provided good recommendations on properly sizing the door to maximize weather tightness. I interviewed 4 different companies & chose Baker due to the quality & style of the door & their excellent customer service. Their office staff is wonderful too. The installers were efficient & careful. The doors are beautiful & great!

The service technician was very pleasant and had the door repaired within an hour. Very pleased with this company from installation to repair. Great job by all.

They were able to show up on time, with all of the parts and repair our garage door in about 45 minutes. They were also able to come out and perform the service less than 24 hours after receiving the initial call.

Doug came at the end of the day to fix my issues. He quickly diagnosed my problem, fixed it and then did yearly maintenance for me. Doug was friendly, honest and knew what he was doing!! Thank you!
