I had to disassemble the door and cover the opening with tarps. I called Baker Door the following morning and they had someone out ASAP. The technician rebuilt the door making the home secure and a sales advisor was immediately notified. They were fairly priced, gave us many options of quality products and the custom door arrived and was installed much quicker than the estimated time frame. They were 100% professional.

The receptionist was cognizant of the situation I presented her and scheduled the service for the same day. When the technician arrived, on schedule, he was professional from the start to the finish. He did recommend getting a new door in the near future, which I am going to contact Baker Door for the appointment. I am convinced, from the customer service experience, that I will not get better treatment elsewhere!

I had done my research and noticed the great reviews. I called and someone came right out to look at the door and put together a quote. The quote was actually to repair the garage door versus replacing it, saving thousands. The repair is perfect, cannot even tell the section that was replaced. A co worker came in and asked out of the blue if anyone knew of a garage door repair company, Baker was highly recommended.

He was here within time frame, helped me open side door that I never use and pointed out water damage. Replaced the torsion spring, provided education on motors. Mine is around 15 yrs. no push to replace. Will replace the motor sometime before winter and I will only buy from this company. Put a high five on FB and have had positive responses. Must be a pretty good

Have driven past Baker Door… Read more Had multiple operating problems with garage door over a weekend, most of them due to me. Wanted to try someone different. Cruised the internet & yellow pages. Have driven past Baker Door building on Trindle Road for many years so I called. Fortunately, a service rep (Brian) was in the office & available. It took him perhaps 10-15 minutes to get to our house & he corrected the problems in the same amount of time. Very friendly & well versed on garage door maintenance. I'm feeling good!
